Hi, I’m Deborah Clifford, a Registered Dietitian with over 18 years of experience.
I’ve always been passionate about the powerful impact nutrition can have on our overall well-being. From a young age, I devoured every book I could find, driven by the hope that healthier eating might have helped my mother, who struggled with depression. With a family history of cancer, I felt a deep personal responsibility to prioritize my health and share the message that nutrition can play a key role in preventing disease—even those influenced by genetics.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of clinical settings and witnessed firsthand how many chronic conditions can be managed—or even prevented—through diet and lifestyle changes. These experiences have only deepened my commitment to helping others make informed, sustainable choices.
That passion led me to create The Cozy Healthy Hub—a warm, judgment-free space where I support individuals in embracing a plant-centered lifestyle at their own pace.
